I would've liked a heads up that cash on closing was my responsibility. I wasn't ready to pay that up front. That was a painful chunk of change to lose especially after having to pay a lease break fee. Otherwise, great job on guiding me through the process.

Harley Bradley was my initial contact Loan representative. From the start she provided information that was helpful to me, she promptly returned phone calls, emails and text messages. Mrs. Bradley prepared my loan documents and explained the process. I really was impressed with how she and the team assisted me with my VA loan. Diana Ramsingh also provided important information to me, responded expediently to all questions that I presented and worked tirelessly to process my loan. Allie the Loan Concierge also assisted in the process with a lot of information concerning moving, insurance for the home and many more services. I cannot think of the other team members names. However, the entire team provided exceptional services. I would give the entire team a score of 100 if I could.
They processed my loan in a smooth and expedient manner. The loan process and my closing went well. Thanks to the entire Veteran United team for providing excellent services in assisting me in purchasing my home.
