First of all, Hello Hayley. How are you and family? Fine I pray. Hayley Glennon is Wonderful. She assured me that she would do all within her ability to dot every i and cross every t to get me where she was leading, to a home purchase. She was available when I had questions and provided the answers needed. Her calm demeanor explaining details where I could understand and confidence in assuring me that she was there to help me was refreshing. I truly believe that it was by God's Divine Intervention not by chance, that Hayley was chosen by Him to get me to the Blessing that He had lined up for me. Veterans United has a Tremendously dedicated person in Hayley when it comes to working with veterans such as myself. I have come to feel as though she is a friend for life to this veteran. Her friendly, professional approach gave me confidence that everything was on track, and she often anticipated questions I hadn’t even thought to ask.I would always appreciate regular check-ins—whether the news is good or bad—earlier rather than later. At one point there was a hand-off of sorts, and I felt like the baton may have been dropped for a bit, although we did get back on track. I’m not sure how that could be prevented, but if it’s possible, I would value working with one person throughout the entire process.Overall, Hayley’s dedication and calm guidance made this home-buying journey far easier, and I would gladly recommend her to anyone seeking a knowledgeable and dependable loan officer.
