My name is Jake Hanson, I am originally from Kansas City, Missouri. I attended the University of Missouri in Columbia, MO where I received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. In my free time I really enjoy following some of my favorite local sports teams, exercising outdoors, and spending time with friends and family. My three-hour closing was unacceptable. There was no excuse for not have the loan amount at the closing within 15 minutes. The communication with Virginia Youngman was also poor and sometimes rude.
