Outstanding help getting our loan closed

The process from start to finish was a breeze and the communication during each step was outstanding.

They were incredible with back and forth communication, constantly willing to help, and provided timely updates 90% of the time. When it came time to finally close we got that notification a hair later than we would have liked, but that wasn’t obviously more reflective of the inspectors delayed report and the underwriter getting back. It just delayed the final closing process a few hours the next business day that banks were open. But in every way within his control Jason was an incredible loan officer to work with!
