Overall it was a great experience. I know VU has been working with my wife the last few years to help get our credit on track. Without you guys this wouldnt have been possible. Thank you so much. Also I really loved the 2nd relator you set me up with, Shannon. He was amazing to work with and really helped make the process go smooth.

I would recommend Veterans United to my friends and family because Joe Choi and his team were fantastic though out the entire process. I was with another loan company before and I didn't feel my mortgage was safe with them so I came back to Veterans United Home Loans and lowered my rate and payments. I will stay with them from now on out.

The communication is terrible. My self, my agent, and the closer all had issues trying to get ahold of anyone.

Response from Veterans United

Hi Brent,

I’m really sorry to hear how difficult it was to get in touch with someone during your loan process. Clear, timely communication is so important, especially when you, your agent, and your closer are all working toward the same goal. It’s frustrating when that connection breaks down, and I understand why that would leave a negative impression.

My goal is for every borrower and partner to feel supported and informed from start to finish. What you described is not the experience I want anyone to have, and I’d appreciate the opportunity to look into what happened and see where we may have missed the mark.

If you’re open to it, please reach out to me directly at 1-800-212-5200 or ClientAdvocate@vu.com. The Client Advocate team is available from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST, Monday through Friday, and if you contact us outside those hours, we’ll typically follow up the next business day. I’d truly value the chance to connect and learn more.

Sincerely,
Claire S., Client Relations Manager

Veteran's United were incredible and worked with us through every step. Joe Choi was a Rockstar when it came to communication and informing us what we needed. Overall 10/10 would highly recommend. This is the second time I've used Veteran's United and they never disappointed this time either.
