Overall it was a great experience. I know VU has been working with my wife the last few years to help get our credit on track. Without you guys this wouldnt have been possible. Thank you so much. Also I really loved the 2nd relator you set me up with, Shannon. He was amazing to work with and really helped make the process go smooth.

There was constant confusion on your end. I had to submit paperwork twice and attorney & realtor also had to submit same paperwork too. The final closing documents were never sent to me and so went in blind at closing. I was charged for stuff on final closing that I had already paid for. Everyone was happy & willing at beginning of process and by the end it got ridiculous because I felt no one knew what the other was doing, even though everything was in my portal.

Response from Veterans United

Hi Linda,

Thank you for sharing your experience. I'm sorry to hear the process became so frustrating. Having to submit documents more than once, not receiving your closing documents ahead of time, and seeing unexpected charges at closing would leave anyone feeling disappointed. That's not the level of communication or coordination we strive to provide.

I'd appreciate the opportunity to learn more about what happened and review your experience. If you're willing, please reach out to me at 1-800-212-5200 or ClientAdvocate@vu.com. The Client Advocate team is available Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central Time. If you contact us outside those hours, we'll typically respond the next business day.

Sincerely,
Claire S., Client Relations Manager
