Let's start with I was not even expecting to get approved for any home at all and I was very discouraged. I told Joshua my story and this man went on an mission that no other person would have ever done for me and my family. Joshua's efforts not only got us approved for a home, but got us approved for our Dream Home, Our Forever Home!!!
If it were not for him and his team we would still be living in a trailer that the VA stated should be condemned....
