Josh and Derick together made a nice team.One wish in this process was for printed information and responses {emails and text} to be shared with both buyers, so they could have simultaneously gotten the information. A group text was created with both buyers, yet all replies to message were direct to the original sender or a phone call was made to the sender. We are aware one party was the primary contact, however this would have been better time management as opposed to spending the time in the phone conversation, and then spending extra time repeating the phone conversation so everyone is one the same page.Additionally, the passed on information that a ball was dropped concerning getting the appraisal ordered, caused a bit of anxiety and stress about closing dates.Nevertheless, both LOs are professional, friendly, were readily available, worked hard to make the transaction go smoothly, and we closed on time!
