The level of customer service I experienced from the very beginning was amazing. Buying a home is an overwhelming process, especially for a first time home buyer like myself. They simplified the process and answered the thousands of questions I had for them without hesitation. I truly felt like a valued customer from the online application through to closing on the home. When shopping around for the best interest rate, i normally prefer to support the smaller, more local businesses. However, the customer service provided to me by VU is what sealed the deal.

The staff was amazing, top notch. Any issue that came up they were instantly on top of it. I can not remember being so well taken care of during any business dealing. Any question was almost immediately answered and any concerns became highest priority. I can’t say enough but know that you all have my gratitude and as a veteran I am humbled by this gift made possible by you folks. Thank you very much!!

Kaleb Long, Joe, Kate, and Britany were the best team I could have asked for purchasing my home. They worked tirelessly and got me to close in a little over a month. They also contacted me when interest rates became favorable which I felt was exceptional service. Thank you Kaleb and team!

I greatly appreciate how responsive and helpful the Veterans United team was throughout the entire process.
