The level of customer service I experienced from the very beginning was amazing. Buying a home is an overwhelming process, especially for a first time home buyer like myself. They simplified the process and answered the thousands of questions I had for them without hesitation. I truly felt like a valued customer from the online application through to closing on the home. When shopping around for the best interest rate, i normally prefer to support the smaller, more local businesses. However, the customer service provided to me by VU is what sealed the deal.

Everything with veterans united and the team I was provided with helped me get through a process which could have been stressful, but the team was very supportive and patient.
