My wife and I are happy to have our forever home. As a first time homebuyer, we were very stressed, and I do wish we had more communication. Besides wanting more communication, I feel everything went smoothly and I would work with them again, if we ever buy a new home.

Overall great experience. Team was responsive when needed. From my perspective the only room for improvement is the team’s attention to detail regarding sending out forms for e-signature. Too many instances I had to sign forms multiple times due to various reasons that should have been caught earlier. I would recommend Veterans United to someone I know.
