Kendall Haun’s team at Veterans United made it easy for me to get our house in Tennessee. We love it. The process was pretty easy as the team had everything listed for us to do to get approved. Thank you Kendall for your help with the purchase of our new home.

We have used Veterans United and Kendall Hahn and his team 3 times and each experience has been flawless. Would recommend 100%.

It can be scary buying a new house. I had no clue what escrow, interest rates, and inspections detailed. I didn't know anything! But I had a super knowledgable team working with me. I'll admit at times I wanted to stop because it was so intense but I pushed through. I purchased this house after years of PCSing here, there and everywhere. Now leaving Germany to occupy a home that I'm proud of is the ultimate reward.

This is my second time using Veterans United and if I can buy 22 more houses I would use Veterans United for all of them

Although the process was unexpectedly lengthy, VU ensured that my rights as a buyer were protected, secured the best interest rate possible, and got me a great deal on insurance to boot! Better than I could find elsewhere, which was quite a surprise for me.
From start to finish, I was taken care of. Highly recommend Veterans United for any vets using their VA benefits to purchase their home. They are the REAL DEAL!

had a very disappointing experience working with this team. Communication was consistently poor—we had to repeatedly follow up just to receive basic updates, and we never felt like a priority.Kendal and Donna were often unprofessional and dismissive. On multiple occasions, they emphasized how busy they were or mentioned upcoming vacations, which only reinforced the lack of attention given to our file. Most concerning, Donna accidentally included me on an email where she was making fun of me, which was completely inappropriate and unacceptable.Additionally, the appraisal process was handled extremely poorly. The report contained numerous errors—over eight corrections were needed—including incorrect names and inaccurate information. This significantly delayed the process and added unnecessary stress.Overall, this was a frustrating and unprofessional experience from start to finish. I would not recommend this team and will not be using them again.
