I'd never heard of Veterans United before and only tried it out based on the verbal recommendation of a fellow service-member while talking in the p-way. Otherwise, I just would have gone with USAA or whatever Google threw at me. My wife and I quickly noticed how different and welcoming the Veterans United team performed. We never turned back and we couldn't be more pleased with how everything worked out. I also wanted to add that *Richmond Por* was incredibly helpful and responsive as well. He frequently reached out to make sure my wife and I were comfortable and understood the process. We genuinely appreciated him keeping in touch with us and giving us step-by-step overview of what to expect...he went the extra mile. Richmond and Kim make an excellent team.
