Lots of people *talk* about being professional, but Kim consistently delivered. She is a pro-active and thoughtful communicator that made both me and my wife feel much more informed and confident in the process. As first-time buyers, we were very nervous. Many so-called experts in the business love to drop files in our laps (to 'read and study' on our own) and use industry jargon that means absolutely nothing and does not build trust when dealing with people who do not engage in financial or lending activity on a daily basis. Kim is the antithesis of this and spoke to us like a neighbor or friend in plain, jargon-free language (or readily explained as needed). You should give Kim a raise. You are lucky to have her on your team.
