Kim graduated from the University of Missouri with a Business Management Bachelor's Degree, Entrepreneurship Degree, and a Fine Arts Degree. After college, Kim became licensed as a financial advisor earning her Series 7, 66, and life and health insurance certifications. Taking a large part in the start-up community of Columbia, MO, Kim has worked with multiple entrepreneurial adventures and currently helps her husband operate several companies locally.

Outside of work, Kim and her husband enjoy spending time at the family farm with their rottweiler. The Lanier's make time to travel to see family located across the States, often exploring local restaurants and breweries along the way. Kim also enjoys going running on the many trails that Missouri has to offer.

Kim is committed to making the loan process as smooth and simple as possible for the military members she serves. Maintaining a high level of knowledge about the VA benefit and financial options allows Kim to help borrowers achieve their homeownership goals.
