Great dude! On top of it!
Thanks! to the Kyle team-
Y’all were great to work with!
Kyle been a breath of fresh air, very communicative crosses all his t's and made this whole process the easiest possible with my complicated situation the first time and through the refinance process 10/10 to him and the dedicated team he has
This is my 3rd home using Kyle, and he has always made the process as simple and efficient as possible. He quickly answers questions and his team also makes themselves available for other home-buying resources.
Kyle and his team were super helpful during the whole process, from getting our initial loan to monitoring the market to best utilize our VA IRRRL process to try and get our value down. He's been supportive and communicated clearly, concisely, and provided information in a timely fashion. Overall great service.
Thank you Mr. Kyle for all the hard work and time you put into making sure that everyone gets taken care of the best you and VU can provide.
From start to finish Kyle was attentive to my needs. He got me in contact with the credit service specialist (Chris Sutton) to iron out an issue with my credit. Once that was completed and handed back over to Kyle the rest of the process went smoothly.Even after sending it to the loan coordinator (Jared Zahn), Kyle kept up with processing through underwriting to closing. Anytime I had a question he was available and if I had to leave a message he was prompt to return my call by email or telephone.
