Lily was born and raised in Columbia, Missouri, and graduated from Mizzou with a degree in Business Management. Since 2019, she has been working for Veterans United Home Loans as a loan specialist. Outside of helping service members get into homes, you can find her spending time with family and friends, cooking, doing yoga, and hanging out with her Pomeranian pooch, Winnie!

Working with VU was a smooth process from start to close. Everyone was always very helpful, someone was always checking in, all our questions were always answered. The best was all the help setting up utilities, security, change of address forms, it’s all in the app and was so great! The only hiccup we had was delayed responses at times, numbers that were not as good as other lenders, and never knowing exactly what the final payment was going to be. We understand numbers can change, but some numbers were off by a couple hundred dollars and they weren’t fluctuating numbers. All in all we would use VU again.

The purchase of a home can be one of the most stressful event in one’s lifetime. She let us know what to expect and at the close of the day she would always send an update which was always positive. This made you feel good especially if you’re not sure about what is happening behind the scenes.
