From our first phone conversation I was treated as I was her only customer. She went far beyond her job to make sure the seller completed everything and they were 9 days late. Her efforts made me ready to close on the first of May, but, the seller had not completed the repairs for VA and Maggie continuously stayed on top of everything and kept in contact with me every day on the progress of repairs and what I was waiting on for the closing it was due to her efforts that I was able to move in on the first (early occupancy) and assist with repairs and close on the 9th of May. Maggie is a SHINING STAR and has my utmost respect. She doesn’t sell houses she sells HOMES and care about people.
