These relationships have shaped his pride for the service branches. He feels very fortunate to be able to apply his mortgage experience to help our clients. Outside of producing VA loans, Mark enjoys spending time with family.

I have been working with VUHL for the past 5 to 7 years and more aggressively searching these past two years. Qualifying was not our issue. As I said the process qualifying hadnt been our issue. Our issue was finding something in the criteria of VUHL, Distance of Location, Affordability, Market availability and not being bullied out of an opportunity that could be reasonable. Well unreasonably it is far from where we'd love to be but near enough we wanted to pull this trigger and pursue the closing out on our Journey. Kudos To Mark Dischert, Chris Angelo who have for the most of our journey aiding in follow ups Erin Bell, Heather Risenhoover, Ally. safe landings now we're preparing to pick up our Keys T-Shirts from Lennar at Aviano from VUHL soon. Thank you Veterans United.

This is my 5th or 6th transaction with Veterans United. This was by far the pickiest and most drawn out the process has ever been. That being said, Mark and his team were still pleasant to work with and we crossed the finish line. Had this been my first experience, especially with underwriting, I probably would not have been a return customer.

Felt like I was always in a fight with those I spoke to (when I could get them on the phone) about my loan. At one point was told I was NOT going to close. If I didn't reach out to the home builder myself, I probably would have been thrown to the side.

Response from Veterans United

Hi Edward,
I'm sorry your homebuying experience left you feeling like you had to fight for answers and keep things moving yourself. Buying a home is stressful enough without struggling to reach someone or feeling uncertain about whether you'll make it to closing.

I appreciate you speaking up about what happened. I'd like the opportunity to learn more about your experience and make sure your concerns are heard. Please reach out to the Client Advocate team at 1-800-212-5200 or ClientAdvocate@vu.com.

The team is available Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central Time, and messages received outside those hours are typically answered the next business day.

Sincerely,
Claire S., Client Relations Manager
