I grew up in St. Louis, MO and attended college in Columbia, MO. After graduating from Mizzou, I came to work for Veterans United Home Loans. Over my 11+ years here at VU, I have grown to truly enjoy using my experience and knowledge to help active duty and Veteran service members utilize their VA home loan benefit. When I am not at work, I enjoy trail running, hiking with my wife and dogs (we have a Golden Retriever named Izzy and a French Bulldog named Winston Bishop), and spending time with friends and family. Matt Landis is a man of God first and was an exceptional lender to work with. He made me feel comfortable and was sure to walk me through each step of the process so I understood what was going on. A lot of lenders are just "doing their job" but Matt went above and beyond for me and I would recommend anyone to work with him.
Matt and his team were amazing during our home loan process. They kept us updated and worked with us every step through the process. Even when our well water test was 2 days over and we had to get a new one they understood the frustration we had but at least we were able to get the new test completed and rather quickly.
