Mike is originally from St. Louis, Mo. He and his wife, Alyssa, along with their dog Taco have called Columbia Missouri home since meeting and attending the University of Missouri-Columbia. Mike enjoys playing golf, traveling and hiking with Taco in his free time. He and Alyssa hosts tailgates for his extended friends and family to cheer on the Mizzou Tigers football team every home game. Mike has had the honor of working alongside veterans in the VA mortgage industry since 2012.

This is my second time working with Mike, and once again, he’s been punctual, efficient, and calm. Whether through texts, phone calls, or emails, he’s always on top of things, handling multiple tasks with ease and a smile—even when I wasn’t exactly at my calmest. A true professional every time!

Thank you for all that you do. The only reason I didn’t give higher than a 6 was because I was told I wouldn’t have any new payments on my old loan yet the May payment was still taken. Normally I can accept the error that the auto payment was still taken, but Mike’s extremely hands off response when I asked was a bit troubling to me. I would have expected some more assistance with getting it solved outside of “call customer service .”
