Mike did an outstanding job, as we started with our first attempt to buy a house, and we offered what they were asking, and Mike had done a lot of paperwork already, and the seller decided to put the house up for auction, and as there were numerous as I was told by my realtor, people interested, that turned into 1 other person and we lost the house as we did not make another bid higher. I was way past peeved but Mike took it in stride, and we then made an offer on our second house we wanted to buy. That one turned into a nightmare as the house needed to be entirely rewired. This one we dropped and Mike although again doing a lot of paperwork, just told us to find another house. We did and Mike again went thru all the paperwork, and this time we got the house and now live at 2519 Paul Street, Anniston, Alabama. This is to include we were doing this all from Kingsport, TN, and we had all sorts of problems with the internet, Email as my Email Address quit working and I could not get into it, still can't, and Mike solved that problem, and numerous other problems. I had to call Mike as the email was not working at first and he answered all my questions. Mike has the patience of Job and as far as my Wife and I are concerned is your best employee. I have no complaints against Mike only praise, and this was the roughest most problematic house we ever bought
