The whole process was great, however one person in the team was at many times unprofessional and extremely hard to work with. This person was Heather Vivone, the Loan Coordinator. At multiple times, she was unclear with what she needed from us and on top of that she treated my realtor Elaine with attitude and unprofessional within emails and text. Additionally, when talking to her on the phone about questions we had, she would at times be impolite and direct me to my realtor as if she wasn't the one to answer my questions. Other than not wanting to work with Heather ever again, we would say the complete opposite of the rest of the team. Thank you Molly and Elaine, not you Heather.

Everyone did great that was involved. People reached out to me to check in to make sure things were going smooth, and everyone was easy to contact to ask questions if there were any.
