Rob was friendly and respectful throughout the process, but he was not transparent about our interest rate and the value of the points we purchased. I'm not happy with the cost of this loan and would have chosen a different lender, but we were too far along when I finally asked the right questions. I'm thankful this experience taught me what to look for, but we will not use Veterans United again.
