Rob Hayward
Rob has lived in Columbia, MO since 1988. He attended the University of Missouri from 1997 - 2001. Growing up, Rob spent a great deal of time playing baseball and basketball. His immediate family consists of his wife, Mindy, and 3 kids, Braden, Laynee, and Riley. Rob loves to play golf even though he is terrible at it. He is a big fan of the St. Louis Cardinals and loves pizza and craft beer.

Veterans United is the best they were there from day one till I closed on my house.
Veterans United was the only one to say "Yes, you can buy a condo that does not allow rentals even though VA Loans permit such rentals. We will attach to your loan documents a statement sworn by you that you will not rent the condo you are buying."
Nobody at the condo community of well over 3,000 condos knew of or used such a remedy for the Condo Association regulations against condo rentals. Every Florida agent (except the VU agent) said it was impossible to buy a condo here with a VA loan.
