Ross McClanahan
Ross McClanahan is an expert on the VA Home Loan that has been at Veterans United since the fall of 2018. Ross and his wife, Anna, have been married since summer of 2019 and met on a blind date set up by a mutual friend. They have a dog named Macy who they love taking for long walks and to the local ice cream shop for pup cups. Jake did great!
Concierge was rude, unaccommodating and rarely ever returned my call. They also forgot to add my wife on the homeowners policy and to create a second one to fix the mistake. They set me up a better auto policy but didn't discuss any limits wanted set for the policy. They just created a policy with whatever limits they wanted at whatever deductable they wanted. Had to make many calls to fix their mistakes or get answers to my questions.
They were great. I think the app was relied upon a little too much instead of communicating directly, but it was painless and easy. I don't know who chose the title company, because I did not. But they gave an initial estimate of their charges to VU, but charged me nearly double of their estimate. Not VU's fault, but they chose them.
