He genuinely listened and to understand instead of check the boxes. The entire time working with him was quick and to the point while still answering all my concerns and giving me full confidence in his knowledge and ability. He made time for me, even when it didn't seem opportune for him. His guidance and estimations were right on and made the whole experience, from start to finish, seamless!
