My entire team was GREAT! My loan officer-Shawn, helped me understand a lot when it came to DTI which I will use moving forward. He answered all questions and was readily available when needed. Troy- my real estate agent- I could go on and on about him. He was a GEM, very patient and understanding. My concierge-Gavin, made sure if I needed anything he was ready to assist and my loan coordinator - Marina answered all my questions whenever I had any. I would recommend this team to anyone - they seemed to really care!

Let me first say Thank You to Shawn Hall. He is and has always been my loan officer for all my loans. He never disappoints, always has the time to explain and recommend based upon current situations.

I initially started my loan process with Veterans United Home Loans but made the mistake of switching to Navy Federal Credit Union halfway through because they offered a lower rate I could lock in—huge mistake.
My closing was delayed twice, and just two days before the third scheduled closing, I was STILL being asked for documents I had already submitted multiple times. At that point, it was clear the process was completely disorganized and another delay was inevitable.
I withdrew my application immediately and went back to Veterans United—and that decision saved my entire homebuying process. Mr. Shawn Hall and Mr. Anthony Perrigo took over and had me clear to close in just ONE WEEK, with an even better interest rate.

Sean and everybody on that team was absolutely fantastic I had a lot of questions a lot of concerns they were supportive they answered me they got to me immediately sometimes two or three of them the best experience I've ever had and I would highly recommend them to anyone especially if the rest of the teams are like that team there great job!
