Overall great service, support and team. Minor hiccups towards the end but a good experience overall
Stacy and greg were great. They were very helpful. Underwriting should give faster and provide one list of what is needed instead of keep requesting documents again and again. This process entends the process of getting the loan finished
I know yall work hard, but trying to get ahold of yall is impossible at times. I appreciate everything yall do, would just like a bit more communication. It’s terrifying to be left in the dark for weeks at a time and not being able to reach anyone while you are trying to close on a property. Besides that yall are great to work with and I would like to work with yall again.
