Stephen grew up on a dairy farm and believes those experiences helped shape his character and work ethic. He has prior work experience assisting adults with intellectual disabilities and still loves volunteering with them in his spare time. He also enjoys hunting, basketball and spending time with his fiancee Jane and son Nolan who is a huge World War II enthusiast.
