I text Stephen back after he asked me how things went. I told him it was bad. I told him about the added expense to closing and the lying on me about changing things at the last minute. He never responded on how he could make things better. I was disappointed in no response.
I was hopeful being called Veterans United, I would feel like I was being served by other veterans with my best interest involved, but here I am after closing feeling drained and let down. 3500 dollars in my pocket would have made a world of difference, but I guess it isn't meant to be.
Stephen and his team did great. No issues from their end the whole way through.
Thanks to you all for helping me out. 😍
Stephen was exemplary in his professionalism and demeanor throughout the process. Having initially connected with him a year ago, he was steadfast and dutiful to my home buying needs as they changed from location to location across the country. His immediate response to emails and texts were never hampered by time of day, or day of the week, as various home buying questions arose at odd hours during the home buying process. If Stephen couldn't cover down on a task, he had another outstanding associate ready to cover down and assist. He was instrumental in the completion of this enterprise.
Can’t complain guys, you killed it even with a shorter closing. When things got crazy at the end you guys never faltered and made it happen!
Stephen checked in many time to ensure I was doing well and comfortable with the process.
