Ta’Tianna has been the most helpful person through my entire process. She’s made herself available for me to contact her for however I felt comfortable, she’s gone out of her way to make things happen for me and I couldn’t be thankful for the pairing for a loan officer. I can truly say she’s the best! Thank you so much for this experience, and if I ever get to do it again I know who I’ll be calling, but I will definitely point people in your direction!

Ta'Tianna was hands down amazing to work with. When it came down to needing paperwork and insurance I'd give that process an 8. I believe that there needs to be a better system in place. There needs to be an outline of what forms, what letters and if there needs to be quotes for insutance or an active claim initiated prior to the purchase of the home otherwise the team worked really well with us!
