Tim Alvis would be great for someone who is NOT buying their first house. He would be a great candidate for someone who is an experienced buyer. It was not a good experience for me and my husband and we were disappointed in his complacency that ultimately changed our closing date and our view of veterans United home loans.

Tim Alvis is an excellent loan executive for Veterans United. Tim was proactive, responsive, an effective communicator and very personable.
