Great and easy services, communications were good, but I felt left out on many hard appointments and deadline status updates such as VA appraisal date, the status of the appraisal, the termite/pest inspection date, and some other hard appointments. The concierge service they have was actually nothing more than a bother and a distraction; it seems to be nothing more than an assistant/secretarial position making a call that annoyed me. They knew nothing when they called to do checks, and when asked on statuses, they had no clue. The Loan Coordinator, and the Loan Officer were great, but there could have had more accurate information and updates on progress from the seller tasks, because i and my agent knew nothing about what the seller side was doing or had completed.

Tyler Dunn and his group have given us their time and attention at every step during the process of our loan. They reached out often, just to ask if we had questions or concerns about the process. We got called at times just to check on us. I would recommend them to anyone that is even thinking about going through the process of getting a home loan.
