I’ll be honest. This was a stressful time. I can’t remember the last time I went through more. Any time I had a question, it seemed like they were way ahead of me. Any worry I had got addressed immediately. It is clear that these folks understand exactly how a veteran thinks and are prepped and ready to keep us moving forward through a process that seems insurmountable at times. I could not recommend them more highly.

Veterans United itself was great to work with, however, the mobile notary that they used was, in my opinion, kind of unprofessional. During the entire process of signing she was on her phone walking a buyer through a house trying to sell it.
The entire team was incredibly proactive, communicative and kept me on track with the app checklist which was essential for me. A+ plus compared to previous mortgage with USAA.
My experience with Veterans United was amazing. Everyone was very friendly, and willing to hold my hand through the whole process. They kept in touch with phone calls and through email. Loved it To-do list! It kept me on task. Thank you Victoria, Sam and everyone else who helped me buy my home!
