Will and I started speaking a year ago when I was purchasing my home for the first time. After the first conversation, I was certain that I was working with an honest, considerate and truly helpful individual. I said that day that I had some reservations but knew he would handle my concerns and he did. He continues to communicate and keep me made aware of any changes and updates the minute he knows about them. My working relationship with Will is the best professional customer service experience I’ve ever had. As an Army Warrant Officer, firefighter, paramedic and father I have been lucky to work with many high quality and exceptional people. Will is one of the best there is. Will was always available for me. He responded to my emails and text messages quickly. He also answered all of the questions I had with a wealth of knowledge.
