Justin Menard is a proud Combat Veteran who served as an engineer with tours in Afghanistan and South Korea. He is a VA loan expert and has been in the financial industry since 2018 with a passion to help guide his clients and their families towards homeownership. Outside of work, he finds a deep love for the outdoors, whether that is hiking, fishing, golfing, or sporting events. He is a dedicated dog dad who cherishes the love and joy they bring to his life. Justin loves to spend time with family and friends, going on mission trips, and giving back to his community. Justin believes that if you are not making someone else's life better, then you are wasting yours.

Great staff and clear instructions and site.
I had a great experience overall, and I want to take a moment to give a well-deserved shoutout to Justin Menard. I know this review isn’t specifically about him, but he played a major role in making the entire loan process go as smoothly as it did.Throughout everything, Justin was consistently responsive, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I was going through a big transition getting out of the military while buying a home, and he made sure I always had a clear understanding of what was going on. Anytime I had questions, he took the time to break things down in a way that was straightforward and easy to follow.What stood out most to me was the level of effort he put in. It never felt like I was just another loan — he genuinely cared about helping me make the best decisions and put me in a good position. He went above and beyond more than once, and that kind of support makes a big difference during a process like this.I’m very thankful for everything Justin did to help me through it. I’d highly recommend him to anyone going through the home loan process.

The process was effortless, they did all of the work. Every question answered, every accommodation met. I am extremely pleased with their service.
Mr. Justin Menard was simply exceptional. He made sure we understood exactly what we needed to do to complete next steps. Additionally, he went to war on our behalf given that the persons representing us had never worked on a VA loan and definitely did not understand the benefits conferred on Veterans when purchasing homes. Mr. Menard went above and beyond the call of duty dealing with third parties to help us complete our purchase. We are so grateful he was on our corner from beginning to end.
