The team worked very well with us and I will recommend Veterans United to all my friends and family members who are looking to buy a new home.

Code and Amy were outstanding. Helping us through the entire process. And our Realtor Crista was fantastic.

The whole process was very disorganized with little communication, next steps and what some terms mean. Additionally, there were several people calling to “set things up” when the closing was not even near.

Response from Veterans United

Hi John,
I’m really sorry to hear the process felt disorganized and unclear. When you’re trying to move toward closing, you deserve steady communication and a clear sense of what’s coming next, and I understand how frustrating it is when that doesn’t happen. I’d appreciate if my folks had the chance to look into this with you.

Communication was very poor towards the end in the beginning great but by the end we had no clue what was going on.

Response from Veterans United

Hey Lillie,
I really appreciate you sharing this. I’m sorry to hear that communication dropped off toward the end of your loan process. I can imagine how confusing and frustrating that must have been, especially after things started off strong.

We know how important it is to feel informed all the way through closing, and your feedback helps us see where we can do better to make sure that happens every time. If you’d like to talk more about your experience, my Client Advocate team would be glad to connect and listen. You can reach us at 1-800-212-5200 or ClientAdvocate@vu.com.

We’re available Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central Time and will follow up the next business day if you reach out after hours.
