Probably more communication for first time homebuyers because I'd say most of us have no clue what anything is and how anything goes. That's what if felt like the whole process other than getting some answers from my agent David. Also need more communication from Angela Hake, I messaged and tried to call throughout the process but no dice so I gave up speaking with her, not sure what's going on there. I'd hire someone else that would at least acknowledge what you ask or say. David my agent was the best compared to anyone on the VU that I dealt with. If he wasn't apart of the process my review would of went the other way. Brie Flippin did her job well.
Angela and Rachel were excellent to work with on our VA Loan Assumption! Everything was fast, efficient, and communicated effectively. Tasks were easy to complete and calls were always answered / returned.
Angela, Hope, and Dez were amazing! They were super professional and there every step of the way. I think buying a home can be (and is) a big task, but they make it easy and straight forward. Thank you so much for helping us and being our loan team!
