I wish I would have been more involved in the process of locking in an interest rate like I was the last time I used veterans united. I felt kind of blind sided when Brice told me I already had a rate locked in and I was never even a part of the conversation. Felt shady to me. I even felt like a burden when I tried to ask Brice about the rate and why it was not discussed with me previously. Also, the communication breakdown involving the military verification was strange. I had all the necessary documents to prove my service the first time with your company and then this time around you miraculously needed more documents to prove my service? The only thing you could tell me was that "things change" and it caused me a ton of (unnecessary) stress during the process. Brice was very communicative and informative though and that helped.
