Brice was great. Effective, timely, accurate in knowledge and readily referred me to another member (Adam) who knew more on a subject instead of telling sweet little half lies. I had general peace of mind from the VA Loan side while I was out of state on a family matter (I largely returned to be here as required to physically sign closing documents and final walkthrough). He did not speak in mumbo jumbo loan terms either. All interactions were pleasant, even when I was irritable from personal matters.
