Dalton has assisted over 400 Veterans with their dream of homeownership using their VA benefit. Starting as a Loan Coordinator in 2021, he developed a deep understanding of the process from contract to close. Now, as a Loan Officer, he specializes in understanding each unique situation, to propel dreams into reality through knowledge and unmatched customer service. As a homeowner, he can relate to the excitement, anxiety, and ultimately the fulfillment homeownership brings. He is incredibly passionate about solving problems, and serving those Whom have served. Dalton is married to his wife of five years, Susie. They have two incredible daughters, Naomi Raine and Audrey Blake. His hobbies include golfing with buddies, losing in fantasy football, and watching the same Disney movies over and over with his family.

Dalton and the loan team were absolutely amazing
I can’t recommend Veterans United enough. Dalton and his team were absolutely amazing from start to finish. As a first-time homebuyer, the process could have been overwhelming, but they made it incredibly easy and, for the most part, stress-free.Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. Anytime I had questions, they answered quickly and took the time to explain things in detail until I fully understood. They stayed on top of all the paperwork and deadlines, which made a huge difference.The biggest moment that really stood out was when we ran into an insurance issue close to closing. The original insurance company couldn’t provide the proper coverage, but Dalton’s team immediately stepped in and helped me find a new option quickly. While it pushed the closing date back a couple of days, everything worked out for the better because of their support and problem-solving.I would 100% recommend Veterans United and Dalton’s team specifically, to any veteran, especially first-time homebuyers. They made the entire experience smooth, professional, and genuinely positive. I’d give them a 10 out of 10 every time.
Dalton was the most knowledgeable, courteous and professional person. He stayed in contact throughout the entire process. If I texted, emailed or called he always responded quickly.
