The app is finicky at times but overall it’s awesome

We got a new home and a new Veterans united family! Initially my wife and I were nervous being that this was a first for us but those worries were quickly put to rest. Daren and the entire Veterans United team not only walked us through every step but treated us like family throughout the process. I would HIGHLY recommend Daren and the entire V.U team.

Everybody involved was kind, friendly, and most of all efficient. I never had to wait ridiculous amounts of time for an answer to a question and I never felt like I was being left hanging.As a single father I've had to jump through a lot of hoops and everything the last decade has been a struggle. Frankly I never thought I'd own a home. I've faught and clawed to be able to raise my daughter and give her stability and security in this life. Y'all made this experience more pleasant and seamless than I could have ever imagined. So, thank you all so much for the part you played in helping me secure a home and future for my daughter. ❤️

The loan team was great and helpful

Went above and beyond for me couldnt have done it with out them. Darren and his team are the best in the business.

I wish the process was a little more smoother. Particularly the to-do checklist, on countless times I completed my tasks to find new tasks afterwards. If all tasks, regardless if it is relevant or not the applicant, were to be placed up front for the applicant to complete. Instead of waiting to be told what was next, I think this would speed the process up a little. Tasks that do not pertain to the applicant could be marked Not Applicable.

Daren Bodine and his team were excellent. Minimal stress for purchasing a home.
