I was always under the impression that buying a house would be a very stressful and difficult process. But working with VU completely changed that perspective—it was an unbelievably smooth and straightforward experience. My loan officer, Dustin Johnson, and his team were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and proactive throughout every step. They always kept me informed, answered all my questions promptly, and made sure I understood everything that was happening.Their professionalism and genuine care turned what could have been a nerve-wracking process into something I actually enjoyed. The only downside to closing on my house is that I won’t get to work with Dustin and his team on a daily basis anymore. I truly can’t recommend them enough to anyone looking to buy a home—they made my dream of homeownership a reality, and I’m so grateful for their support.

My experience with my Veterans United team members was outstanding, to say the least; they were very professional and yet at the same time kept it quite simple for first-time buyers. All questions were answered in a way that was easy to understand, and I never felt like I was pushed nor rushed through this process. I want to personally thank Dustin Johnson for everything he did during my home buying process. Rotation was quick to respond to any questions I had. He was patient while walking me through every step of the process to ensure I not only understood what needed to be done, but also explained the importance and reasoning behind every step. If it wasn’t for Dustin, I would have been completely lost during my home buying process. Dustin was able to take so much weight and stress off of my shoulders. If it wasn’t for him working tirelessly, my family and I wouldn’t have been able to have a home to move into after starting the process and closing on a home 3 weeks later.

From the very start, they were all super helpful and very responsive to all my questions. Every day I would either message them and every day I’d get a response back. We went through many obstacles and if it wasn’t their hard work alongside my realtor, I doubt this home purchase wouldn’t have happen at all.
I felt bad that I would text them way after hours but even then, they never let me feel alone and would respond back and most importantly with a positive attitude!!
Truly amazing people and great folks to have in this business. If I had the chance to nominate Dustin for best employee of the year I would lol. Heck I hope his Superiors give him the recognition he deserves, because when I decide to purchase again IM ABSOLUTELY GOING TO BE ASKING FOR DUSTIN AS MY LOAN OFFICER again!!
