Dustin and his team kept me informed throughout the process as a first time home owner doing all by myself. He has made this experience easy and less stressful on me. I knew ahead of what to expect for next steps and given helpful tips to closing quicker. We did it! Closed a week earlier than expected. I would highly recommend Dustin to my fellow veterans, he is understanding, genuine and very professional. He is able to translate finance talk to simpler terms for individuals like myself which make this process less intimidating.

Dustin and his team did an awesome job in keeping us updated during the purchase of our home. They were quick to respond to questions, professional and a pleasure to work with!

I’m honestly astounded at the speed and efficiency at which my team helped me start and finish the loan process. Anytime there was a problem or bump in the road, they were quick to not only inform me and tell me how to best fix the situation or let me know exactly what kind of documentation they needed, but they also were very helpful in explaining in great detail every little step since our was my first time buying a home. My team made sure they kept me up to date with the entire process along the way.

Very disappointed, everything was good at first, then- we did this wrong, we didn't have the right Info, he got upset if he had to explain something. He was too worried about his image and his weekend trips, I talked with other veterans who had no problems like we did with the exact same loan. The lady from the VA had to tell him to be quite when she explained what he was supposed to do to help me, so no I do not recommend him to ever help me again.
