Outside of work, Kody’s world revolves around his wife and two boys. He’s a big sports fan (Go Mizzou Tigers!) and loves getting outdoors—whether that’s fishing, golfing, shooting hoops, or traveling somewhere new.

Homeowners at 20!
The team made it almost to easy. It's a lot of work but they were on it and did a tremendous job of keeping the ball rolling without me feeling swamped. I'm looking forward to working with them again soon!
Everything went incredibly smoothly! This was my first home buying experience and they could not have been more helpful. The website was intuitive, there were plenty of people who were happy to help with whatever we needed, and they have a huge network of partners, so every time we needed something else (homeowners insurance, home security, realtor, utilities, genuinely everything) they had someone reliable they could connect us with. Everything was a very reasonable price and if we were ever unsure about anything they were happy to explain. This was honestly a shockingly painless process, I'd recommend them to anyone!
