Awesome, quick process and communication was excellent across the board!
Both experiences buying a home through veterans united have been low stress and loan officer has been helpful!
As things got tough, I was essentially told that I made the process difficult.
Response from Veterans United
Hi Demetrio,
I’m really sorry that was your experience. When the process gets difficult, the last thing you should feel is blamed or made to feel like you were the problem. That’s understandably frustrating, and I hate that it came across that way.
Our role is to support and guide veterans through challenges, not add to the stress. I appreciate you sharing this feedback, and I’d welcome the chance to better understand what happened and learn from it. If you’re open to continuing the conversation, our Client Advocate team is available at 1-800-212-5200 or ClientAdvocate@vu.com, Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central Time.
Sincerely,
Claire S., Client Relations Manager
Y'all are great. You're whole operation from beginning to end was so helpful. You made my home purchase about as straightforward as possible. I can't even think of anything to criticize. No complaints at all from me.
Everything went very smooth and FAST! I very much enjoyed the welcome home basket I got at my new house. ❤️
