I can’t remember the last time I bothered to leave a review for anything. I felt the customer service provided by Lance and the rest of the members of Veterans United was worthy of the time. From start to finish I felt informed and my questions were answered in a timely manner. The personnel felt genuine to speak with and there was no pressure besides providing documents in a timely manner. It would be very difficult to find better service.

We made it to the finish line! 🎉🏡A huge thank you to Lance and his entire team for helping us through this process. The weeks were long, and there were definitely moments that required patience, diligence, and a lot of trust in the process, but we are so thankful we had the team we did.Lance was patient with us, took the time to explain things when we had questions, and helped us understand each step along the way. I can’t say the process came without a hiccup, because it did, but looking back now, I truly believe that hiccup brought everyone together and made us push even harder toward the finish line. Now that we are on the other side of it, I can honestly say I appreciate how everything came together. We are incredibly grateful for Lance and his team and all the work they put in to help us get into our new home.Thank you for helping us make it to the finish line! We truly appreciate you, and I look forward to continuing to do business with Lance and his team in the future!
