Lucas did ok, Melissa was difficult to work with. She made me want to switch companies halfway through the process. I just stuck it out so I wouldn’t have to start over. I would not recommend working with her.

Nothing less than outstanding very polite addressed all my concerns easy to reach and stay in contact with and all around great person I appreciate him .

Lucas did great. He was always responsive and answered all of my questions... sometimes twice because I forgot what he had said. He was patient and gave me everything I needed throughout the process--even after his job was done. When I requested updates or alterations to my quote, Lucas always got back to me with a new one in a timely manner. Aside from referring people to VU, I would refer them to Lucas specifically.
