Nick made me feel so safe going through this process. I have trust issues and I can be pretty pessimistic about things, but Nick was wonderful in explaining everything to me, giving me updates on the process at every stage. He really listened to my concerns and focused on allaying them. He was also very proactive preemptive, bringing up questions that I had but hadn’t been able to formulate and verbalize yet. He was kind and approachable without being the overly enthusiastic, over bearing “salesman” type. I could let my guard down.

Hard to put into words how outstanding Veterans United is. Nick Holman, Melissa Steingrubey, Delaney White & Brock were all friendly, responsive and extremely knowledgeable. It was my first time buying a house and when I would talk with Nick H. about all the details, he was extremely precise and honest, it was like talking to someone I knew my whole life.10 out of 10 and I will recommend Veterans United to everyone I can. Nick and his whole team were amazing from start to finish. They made the process as seamless as possible and communication was always great!

The experience overall was great. VU did their thing quickly and were thorough. There were some instances when the process had to pause in the middle of being complete on our end. We worked through it and closing was a breeze. Yes I would recommend VU to a friend; especially to a fellow veteran & family. A big thank you to VU.

Listen. If you are serious about owning a home, Veterans United is definitely a preferred option, in my opinion. The steps it took to purchasing our home was frustrating to say the least. In my wife and I case, we were purchasing from our landlord, so a realtor wasn't necessary. However, gathering the necessary documents, coordinating with the different agencies like appraisals, home inspections, insurance, title company, and loads of paperwork, signatures, and questions are still very much a part of the process. Our team, Nick Holman, Courtney Gully, Francie Greene, and the rest of their supporting members were there from the first phone until the closing on our home. They fielded every question, listened to all of our frustration, guided us through the whole process step by step, and we're encouraging, patient, professional, and, most of all, very polite, friendly, and engaging whenever we were in contact with them. I mean they kept in touch by phone, text, and email. Even sent us mail. Who does that in this technology age? Seriously, they were the best team my wife and I could ask for in communicating with us and our landlord to make this dream a reality!! I highly recommend Veterans United to anyone who’s reading this review, or anyone who asks is this company for real.
