I love VU! Smooth and easy. They are there every step of the way!!
The person we worked with us did not communicate well at all. Did not tell us any expectations of what to happen. Did not get paperwork done until 3 days before closing. It was just a real horrifying experience all the way through.
Response from Veterans United
Hey David,
I'm really sorry to hear this was your experience. Buying a home should feel exciting, not stressful or confusing—and it sounds like we missed the mark on communication and setting expectations throughout the process. That’s on us, and I truly regret that this caused so much frustration for you.
I'd like to dig into this a bit more to understand what happened and see where we dropped the ball. If you’re open to it, our Client Advocate team would really appreciate the chance to connect. You can reach us at 1-800-212-5200 or ClientAdvocate@vu.com. We're here Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST, but you're welcome to reach out anytime.
I would definitely use Veterans United again.
The whole process was super easy.
I’m impatient, especially when I want something. I found my dream home and VU helped me get it. Pushing to finish line in unfathomably quick.
I’m a home owner thanks to the good folks at Veterans United.
