EXTREMELY professional, prompt, timely, and took the anxiety out of purchasing a home. Love the personality and his ability to get on top of things right away. Very responsive when me and my wife needed him. He always checked in to make sure that we understood what part of the process we were in and gave us an opportunity to ask any questions that we need to ask. Ryan was great. I appreciated that each time he sent out a new document he gave me a call to let me know and asked if I needed him to go over anything.

I’ve dealt with Ryan on several occasions. When I was undecided, changed my mind or had other issues going on and cancelled loans. He always told me with a kind voice whenever you’re ready we will be here for you. If there is anything I can do to help you let me know. He was honest with me and made sure I understood the whole loan process because I was a first time home buyer. I don’t think they ever sleep. I would receive emails all time of night and morning. I always started my day checking emails text messages because something had been sent. Kept me aware of what was going on and kept me on schedule. When loan rates went down he notified me like he said he would when I got my first loan. Ryan knows his job. He’s kind, personable, man of faith, and honest with you. I thank the whole team for being patient and helpful with me.
