I have no complaints! Everyone on this team deserves a raise or a promotion!

I wanted to take a moment to genuinely thank everyone on my team at VU for helping me through the process of buying my home. As a first-time homebuyer using a VA loan, I had a lot of questions, moments of stress, and honestly a bit of overwhelm, but their team made the experience feel manageable every step of the way. They were patient, responsive, and always willing to explain things in a way that made sense. I never felt rushed or brushed off, which meant a lot during such a big life decision. From the initial application all the way through closing, they helped keep things organized and moving forward while making sure I understood what was happening. Buying a home can definitely be emotional and complicated, but having a team that communicates clearly and genuinely cares makes all the difference. I’m grateful for their support and would absolutely recommend them to other veterans or anyone considering the VA home loan route.

We were a bit upset that after we spent 1 3/4 hours signing all the paperwork with the notary (155 pages), that somebody or some way there was an error in the printing and the title co rejected the entire thing and we would have to redo it! So we spent another 1 3/4 hours with a different notary redoing all the signing! It was extremely inconvenient.

We have gone through the homebuying process before and nothing compares to the customer experience that Veterans United provides. It is great to have a stress-free lender experience in this tough buyers market. Thank you Veterans United!

My process was quite complicated and often disappointing, lacking organization and communication. I was told one thing, only to be told something completely different. Overall, this process should have been smoother.

Response from Veterans United

Hi Julian,
I’m really sorry the process felt complicated and disappointing. Being told one thing and then hearing something different is frustrating, and I understand why this experience fell short of what you expected. I appreciate you taking the time to share this feedback.

If you’re open to it, our Client Advocate team would be glad to listen and better understand what happened. You can reach us at 1-800-212-5200 or ClientAdvocate@vu.com.

Sincerely,
