There are many things we GREATLY appreciate when communicating with Ryan, but there's a couple in particular. One, he's PATIENT in listening to and answering questions. If he doesn't know the answer, he's quick to say, "let me get back to you". He doesn't try to "make up" an answer. He seeks the accurate information and gets back to us promptly. Secondly, although we purchased our home 2 years ago, Ryan still reaches out to us with information he knows will benefit us! I don't know of any other business that does that. We feel a personal connection to Ryan. We don't feel like we're just another customer. We highly recommend VU and Ryan to others.
