Ryan and his team are awesome they where always timely and attentive, always reaching out always making sure I was taken care of they made the entire home buying process a breeze.
The whole process was great. They helped me with each step and went above and beyond with assisting me and answering any questions I had. They get to know the people they help and provided valuable assistance with each step of the process.
Want to know what clutch means? Look it up then put Ryan Schuermann’s name next to it. First home he battled to help us get through a negative situation and promised If it falls through he would take care of us and he did. Second home he was checking in almost daily to see where everyone was at in the process. Me and my wife only had to follow his lead. Even our realtor said she wish he was in her field cause she would hire him off of his tenacity!!! We love RYAN and oh he provided little gifts each month throughout the whole process. BEST EXPERIENCE through a difficult and gruesome process.
I would do future deals with this VU team. Thanks to the team for taking care of me overall. Ryan, thanks for the numbers. Dawn, thanks for the great interactions and maintaining the momentum. Evan, thanks for offers and help. I appreciate each of you. Double thumbs up.Notes:1 thing I disliked is a last day change to cash to close. $600 pest treatment catch put on me, but VU gave some credits on top worth 3x that. So, I’m pleased overall.1 thing I would do different is scrutinize the hell out of the initial estimate with every line item and understand how it aligns to the deal. That makes my decisions thereafter better informed. I did not do this as well with frequent late nights and not enough time away from work and the rest of the life transition going on all in parallel, and possibly suffered from it. Not a fun time for me, but glad for this team.
Veterans United helped me do something I never thought I’d be able to do. Own my own home. It was a long and difficult process due to personal circumstances, but they never gave up or got frustrated. In fact, when I did, they reassured me that it would all be worth it if we just pushed through. And they were right! I am officially a homeowner. And it’s all thanks to Veterans United!
They are a very well run organization to help veterans. It was painless process on my part. I would highly recommend them
To others.
