Shannon was great, Matt was a little difficult to deal with. We were in a unique circumstance where I was in a different state trying to get communications from or to Matt didn’t always. Shannon is way better to work with. Matt’s nice and professional I just don’t think he shares the same level of urgency sometimes. However, Matt had great moments where he came through on my behalf Just wonder why he just did take steps like that to begin with. I needed to show proof of employment, I was having a hard time getting it on my end at the new job. Matt knew this but waited to the very last minute to reach out to my HR and handle business. From my perspective if you knew I wasn’t getting anywhere on my end why wait?

Really listened to our aims and objectives, took the time to understand exactly what we wanted in a loan and then put it together. She did not disappear when we were moved along to processing. Friendly, professional, expedient.

Shannon was amazing! She was responsive and was able to get our loan requirements in quickly. She answered all of the questions I had and was very personable.
