Stephen Erickson
Stephen was born in California, but spent most of his childhood in upstate New York. He moved to Columbia, MO after high school where he graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Stephen comes from a family with a strong military presence. His maternal grandfather served in WWII, his paternal grandparents served in the Korean War, his mother served in the Public Health Services and he has two brothers that are Marines, one whom is currently active. Stephen grew up working for the family construction company; strong work ethic is a very important value of his. When not at work proudly serving our veterans and active duty service members, Stephen prefers to spend his time outdoors either doing a water activity, bicycling or taking his two dogs out to go explore.

This is the second time that I’ve had the pleasure of working with Stephen and I’m so incredibly blessed because of it.While I was on deployment my wife saw a house that she really wanted and Veterans United got back to me first thing Monday morning (i submitted the questionnaire online late Saturday early Sunday). Most lenders didn’t get back to me until about Friday.Not only that, but i got preapproved that same Monday to put an offer into the house we have today.
