The myvu portal provided a streamlined and organized access point for everything involved with the loan process. With a document database and personalized objectives, I had everything I needed in one place including information for setting up utilities and movers.

Very glad to have been assigned Stephen Erickson as my loan officer. This was my first time looking for a house and I had no idea what was going on so I reached out real early. I finally closed on it yesterday, but Stephen has been going above and beyond to help me over the last 7 months. Guided me through the whole process and then some. Very honest and again, just above and beyond. Now that I know a bit more about all the roles and steps, I'm just really appreciative of how much the whole VU team really helped me through this thing. I got a really good deal too, VU has a great app and gives extremely competitive rates for VA loans. Definitely will use them again if I ever move or anyone ask me for a recommendation.
