Stephen Erickson
Stephen was born in California, but spent most of his childhood in upstate New York. He moved to Columbia, MO after high school where he graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Stephen comes from a family with a strong military presence. His maternal grandfather served in WWII, his paternal grandparents served in the Korean War, his mother served in the Public Health Services and he has two brothers that are Marines, one whom is currently active. Stephen grew up working for the family construction company; strong work ethic is a very important value of his. When not at work proudly serving our veterans and active duty service members, Stephen prefers to spend his time outdoors either doing a water activity, bicycling or taking his two dogs out to go explore.

Stephen and his team provided an outstanding home buying experience. This whole process can be overwhelming at times, but they were gracious and helpful every step of the way. The myvu portal provided a streamlined and organized access point for everything involved with the loan process. With a document database and personalized objectives, I had everything I needed in one place including information for setting up utilities and movers.
Stephen Erickson was an excellent mortgage officer to work with. We’ve worked with him for about three years, and throughout that time he’s been incredibly helpful in answering all of our questions. He was also very patient as we searched for our dream home. Overall, he was fantastic and a pleasure to work with.
Stephen did an amazing job! Ge always responded quickly to my questions and explained in terms easy to understand. He was always willing to run through numbers and go over different scenarios until I was confident. Definitely would recommend him to everyone!
